All of our franchise owners charge a flat-fee for services. Once onsite, there is no need to process credit cards or collect payment from guests, they simply get to enjoy delicious food and drink. 

Our baristas/chefs, whom we call Perkologists™, love working with Pacific Perks due to the flexible schedule and easy way to make some extra cash. You’ll love it because you’ll have a popular, adaptable opportunity for managing your own lucrative small business.
