We are looking for energetic and personable individuals to join our team as a Service Ambassadors.  Our team members are comfortable engaging with all different types of people, in a wide variety of settings. From conversing with customers at a corporate sales retreat to serving drinks to folks at the rodeo or raising a glass at an intimate wedding, you love variety! You’ve never met a stranger and are comfortable striking up conversations with people in a boardroom, a ballroom, a warehouse, or a park! Our Service Ambassadors can get the party started by buoying the atmosphere as well as keeping the food coming and the beverages flowing.


Our Service Ambassadors are responsible for running the made-to-order coffee carts and/or food bars created for our clients’ events. We set our Ambassadors up for success with great training and easy-to-follow checklists and clear instructions. You will have ownership over each event, including set up, execution, and break down. In addition to providing outstanding customer service to the client and their guests, you’ll be expected to adapt to the ambiance and atmosphere of the event, helping create a holistic experience for each and every guest you interact with.

Our Service Ambassadors:

  • Provide red carpet level experience for our clients’ events, ultimately enhancing the experience of all those who attend
  • Engage with customers and identify potential clients through face-to-face interactions at a variety of events
  • Know all our products and services and can inform interested customers of our offerings
  • Have 3+ years of customer service experience; volunteer experience can be included
  • Availability to work some Saturdays and up to 3 events (12 – 15 hours/ week); no more than 30 hours week

Due to the varied nature of catering and event planning, as well as Pacific Perks’ focus on work-life balance, our Service Ambassadors select the events they would like to work each month to create their schedule. Hours are not guaranteed, and event times will vary. However, each of our Service Ambassadors only work as many events every month that they choose, and at times that work for their schedules.
