In 2007, her husband’s health worsened, and they realized that his corporate job wasn’t sustainable. With a passion for creating memorable experiences, Pacific Perks was born as a small venture offering espresso catering services. By 2011, the founder faced another crossroads. Her husband could no longer help run the business, leaving her to lead alone. The loss of her partner in both life and business was heartbreaking, but it also became a turning point. She discovered her natural leadership abilities and leaned on the team she had built to move forward.

“I struggled with guilt,” she admits, “wanting to be home for my kids but also feeling I should be at the office. But with the help of a wise friend, I realized I could prioritize both.”

This balance—between family and business—became a cornerstone of Pacific Perks’ philosophy.

Pacific Perks grew into more than a business; it became a community. The team navigated challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, by innovating, pivoting, and supporting one another.
