Natalie Fairchild is the Chief Inspirational Officer & CEO of Pacific Perks Coffee, LLC and grew up right here in the Pacific Northwest. She has extensive experience in leadership, mentorship and creating a culture that exudes fun & balance. Natalie is the Director of HR Coffee Talks for SW SHRM, has participated in many radio, podcasts and panels where she talks about her journey of business ownership and creating a dynamic team all while thriving personally. Natalie had been a caregiver for many years to a family member, thus passionate about the self-care and recognition needed to those that take care of others.
